Chopard Alpine Eagle Tourbillon.

Not mad about tourbillons on the dial face ( with some rare exceptions ), not fan of this one, too. But I cannot deny it is a cool one. Best, Nicolas

Even though I share some of your enthusiasm, I will personally not pull the trigger on this one, nor on the 1860, both of which I have tried on at W&W where they were presented to me by the late and great Jose Garcia. Let me explain precisely why. 1/

This Chopard is very nice...

But... The problem for me is that a "better" watch in my eyes exists. The Vacheron Constantin equivalent is fairly and similarly priced, similar quality, and features a much larger tourbillon in terms of diameter. Furthermore, that VC tourbillon movement

Visited the Chopard boutique in Sydney
